Required Documents for 2023-2024 Gymnastics Season

To ensure your gymnast is registered for the 2023-2024 gymnastics season, please ensure you have first "booked" your child's class from the "Book Online" tab above. Once you have booked your gymnast for the season, the following three forms MUST BE filled out and returned to Angie's Gymnastics, along with your gymnast's first months tuition (September) of $50.00.

- 2022-2023 gymnasts registering ​NOW through July 31st, 2023, forms and 1st months tuition must be returned by July 31st, 2023 or their spot will not be saved, registration will be removed and the slot will be open for registration on August 1st.

New Angie's Gymnastics registration will open on August 1st, 2023 and forms and 1st months tuition MUST BE RETURNED by August 15th, 2023 or their spot will not be saved, registration will be removed and the slot will be open.

If registering multiple gymnasts for classes, please print and fill out SEPARATE forms for each child. THANK YOU! :)
